Atlantic puffin whole genome resequencing for population genomics analyses.

Here we resequenced 78 Atlantic puffins (Fratercula arctica) across 13 colonies, which represents the majority of the species' breeding range. This sequencing data was used for a two published manuscripts including genome-wide analyses of population structure, gene flow and taxonomy of this threatened, pelagic, North Atlantic seabird.
