Multispeciesbiofilm. Stenotrophomonas rhizophila

The project explores mixed-culture biofilms consisting of two dual-species formations: Stenotrophomonas rhizophila paired with Microbacterium lacticum and Stenotrophomonas rhizophila with Bacillus licheniformis, as well as a three-species biofilm containing Stenotrophomonas rhizophila, Microbacterium lacticum, and Bacillus licheniformis. The focus of the study was exclusively on the gene expression of Stenotrophomonas rhizophila, despite the presence of RNA from two or three different species within the samples.
