Whole-rock chemical analysis, and in-situ elemental and isotopic compositions for the host granitoids, MME and mafic dyke from the Tuerhong Batholith and Chaergan Pluton, Chinese Altai

The Tuerhong Batholith and Chaergan Pluton represent typical calc-alkaline arc-related intrusions in the Chinese Altai. This dataset includes whole-rock chemical analysis, in-situ elemental and isotopic composition determination for minerals, which allow us to establish a full evolutionary path of the studied enclave-bearing granitoids.
