aTable 1. bTable 1 plus Table S5 in File S1. cTable S6 in File S1. Energies were computed with the standard RosettaDock energy function, as described in [15] and with the FMO re-evaluation. A Mann-Whitney's U test probability was evaluated by comparing the binding energies of the set of endogenous peptide against the non-cleavable and the entire set of cleavable peptides against the non-cleavable. The FMO based binding energies are more clear in discriminating cleavable and non cleavable peptides than the Rosetta based ones.
