Comparison of WT-PR computed binding energies.

A Mann-Whitney's U test probability was evaluated by comparing the binding energies of the set of endogenous peptide against the non-cleavable and the entire set of cleavable peptides against the non-cleavable. The FMO based binding energies are more clear in discriminating cleavable and non cleavable peptides than the Rosetta based ones.
