Urban land price index of Kaohsiung City Taiwan 2013-2022

In September 2022, the special municipality Kaohsiung City's urban land price index had a value of 110.23. The land price increased rapidly from 2013 to the end of 2015. After that, the growth rate slowed down but continued to follow an upward trend. Kaohsiung City was home to Taiwan's largest harbor which in 2015 fulfilled around 10.26 million twenty-foot equivalent units (TEU).

于2022年9月，高雄市这一特殊行政区内的城市土地价格指数达到了110.23的数值。自2013年起至2015年底，土地价格呈现出迅猛增长态势。此后，尽管增长速度有所放缓，但整体仍持续呈现出上升趋势。高雄市拥有台湾最大的港口，2015年其集装箱吞吐量（以二十英尺标准箱为单位，简称TEU）约为1026万标准箱。
