Phylogenomics of Epidendrum (Orchidaceae, Asparagales)

This project is focused on attaining an appropriate coverage of the diversity of the megadiverse Neotropical genus Epidendrum (Orchidaceae), emphasizing a full representation of the main clades and a complete species' level sample of selected, focal clades as a basis for a densely sampled, well-resolved phylogeny for future macroevolutionary studies.
