CHM1 structural variation from single-molecule sequencing. Homo sapiens isolate:CHM1

The haploid hydatidiform mole cell line CHM1hTERT was sequenced with P6/C4 PacBio chemistry and multiple assemblies were generated using different algorithms and read sets. The GCA_001297185.1 and GCA_001307025.1 assemblies (LJII00000000.1 and LHKW00000000.1 WGS genomes, respectively) were assembled from these P6/C4 reads using different algorithms and parameters. The GCA_001307125.1 and GCA_001307015.1 assemblies (LKHX00000000.1 and LKHY00000000.1 WGS genomes, respectively) were assembled from these reads plus the reads from PRJNA253496, which had been generated with the older P5/C3 PacBio chemistry. Additional assemblies were also created, using different read sets and parameters.
