In this experiment, we evaluted whole transcriptomic changes in ex vivo cultured ducts expressing mutant Kras compared to control ducts. The cells were cultured for 7 days before RNA was isolated for RNA-seq. Overall design: For the ex vivo cultured ducts, Hnf1b:CreERT2; LSL-KrasG12V mice were given 10 mg tamoxifen or corn oil control and euthanized at day 4 for ex vivo culturing of ducts.
