Data for model green dynamic capability, organizational creativity, and sustainability performance

This research created a model to examine the linkages among green dynamic capability, organizational creativity, and sustainability performance based on the theory of dynamic capability due to the lack of research on organizational capabilities on sustainability performance of small and medium enterprises in an emerging market context. The research also investigated the internal force of organizational agility and its moderating effect on the associations among the aforementioned variables. Data was collected from 385 SMEs in Thailand and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).
