根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》 第十一条：驾驶机动车上道路行驶，应当悬挂机动车号牌，放置检验合格标志、保险标志，并随车携带机动车行驶证。机动车号牌应当按照规定悬挂并保持清晰、完整，不得故意遮挡、污损。任何单位和个人不得收缴、扣留机动车号牌。 汽车上牌，既是为了便于公安机关交通管理部门实施管理，也便于社会公众进行监督。   除各省市的汽车上牌情况外，数据库还对应整理提供了上牌车辆的品牌、型号等车系简述相关的内容。因此，除了能够了解到各地区新车上牌情况，还能有助于增强进行品牌市场分析、消费者购车偏好等方面的了解。

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety: When driving a motor vehicle on roads, one shall hang the motor vehicle license plate, place the inspection qualification mark and insurance mark, and carry the motor vehicle driving permit onboard. The motor vehicle license plate shall be hung in accordance with regulations, kept clear and intact, and shall not be intentionally obscured or defaced. No unit or individual shall confiscate or detain motor vehicle license plates. Vehicle registration is intended to facilitate the management work of public security traffic management departments as well as supervision by the general public. In addition to the vehicle registration data of various provinces and municipalities, the database also collates and provides relevant information including brief descriptions of vehicle series such as brands and models of registered vehicles. Therefore, apart from enabling users to learn about the new vehicle registration status in different regions, the dataset also helps to improve the understanding of brand market analysis, consumer vehicle purchasing preferences and other related aspects.
