A dataset of prokaryotic biodiversity in the surface layer of the China Seas

This is a project related to the data and analysis of a dataset on surface prokaryotic microorganisms in the Chinese seas.Table S1 provides the source information for the samples, encompassing details such as longitude and latitude, particle size, sampling time, primers, and so forth.Table S2 contains the station information pertinent to Figure 1.Table S3 represents the OTUs table.Table S4 outlines the species classification at the class level.The file qiime2.md documents the codes used for processing the sequences.
