Supplementary Tables to "Prevalent North Atlantic Deep Water during the Last Glacial Maximum and Heinrich Stadial 1"
收藏资源简介:
Excel work book with individual spread sheets containing Supplementary Data tables 8 - 12 of the publication "Prevalent North Atlantic Deep Water during the Last Glacial Maximum and Heinrich Stadial 1" by Patrick Blaser, Claire Waelbroeck, David J.R. Thornalley, Jörg Lippold, Frerk Pöppelmeier, Stefanie Kaboth-Bahr, Janne Repschläger, Samuel L. Jaccard. The data are paleoceanographic proxy data retrieved from marine sediments and deep water corals, with a focus on the Atlantic during the Last Glacial Maximum (LGM), Heinrich Stadial 1 (HS1), and the Late Holocene (LH) time slices. Oceanographic data were estimated at multiple sediment locations and are listed in Table 10. A mixing model ensemble was created, whose individual run modifications are listed in Table 12. Additionally, Proxies_depth_smoothed.txt contains depth-smoothed estimates of proxy reconstructions for the five proxies used and separated by time slice and latitudinal band. The data set also includes averaged estimates of the amount of modern-day source waters. "u_" in the headers stands for uncertainties of 2 standard errors of the GAM-fits used for smoothing. Similarly, Fig.3_data_sourcewater_fractions.txt contains source data for Fig. 3, i.e. best estimates (best 20% of model ensemble) for source water contributions, separated by time slices and latitude band. "High" and "low" data columns denote the values of the 16th and 84th percentile of the distributions (analogous to +- 1 standard deviation), as shown in the figure. Proxy units are per mil for carbon and oxygen isotopes, epsilon units for Nd isotopes (eNd), µmol/kg for carbonate ion concentration (CO3), and radiocarbon years for the radiocarbon age difference between benthic measurements and atmosphere (radage_batm).
