Identification of the cause of plant damage in the organic cultivation of potted herbs and development of prevention strategies and countermeasures

This project investigates the causes of plant damage in the organic cultivation of potted herbs and explores effective prevention and mitigation strategies. Through sequencing-based analysis of microbial communities in different growing media and fertilization treatments, we aim to identify microbial factors influencing plant health. The findings will contribute to the development of sustainable cultivation practices by uncovering microbial interactions that impact plant growth. By understanding these mechanisms, we seek to establish guidelines for optimizing growing media composition and fertilization strategies to prevent plant damage and enhance crop resilience.
