Host transcriptome changes in amoebia-bacterial interactions

Raw transcriptome sequencing data of native host amoebae Dictyostelium discoideum under the influence of two Paraburkholderia species. Among them, Pa. agricola is beneficial bacteria and Pa. hayleyella is parasitic bacteria for host amoebae.
