Single-cell RNA sequencing identifies Endothelial derived HBEGF promoting Pancreatic Beta Cell Proliferation via EGFR-Kmt5a-H4K20me Pathway [scRNA-seq]

Pancreatic beta cells mass is dynamically regulated in response to increased physiological demands during pregnancy. We used single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity and character of islets cells in pancreas. Overall design: Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) was applied to analyze islets isolated from mice at virgin, different time points of gestation, and day 4 after delivery.
