资源简介:
This study validated that simplified inoculation of B. subtilis and A. niger significantly led to the promotion of performance during plant-scale cow manure composting. Microbiome analyses indicated this simplified inoculation contributed to the enrichment of Aspergillus in fungi mainly occurring at mesophilic phase to initiate composting. Subsequently, core thermophilic bacteria, including Bacillus, Lysinibacillus, and Clostridium, were enriched at thermophilic stage by inoculation. Multiple CAZymes and KEGG pathways were concentrated to quickly degrade organic matter and generate heat, thus improving performance of composting, which provides a theoretical basis for the practical and larger-scale composting in future.
