This series consists of calendars and handbooks from the Mitchell College of Advanced Education. The calendars and handbooks contain the same type of information; it seems that the name of the publication was changed from 1980 onwards.The calendars and handbooks, which were produced annually, were provided to give ready access to information for students and staff of the College. In particular, the volumes include details of the principal dates for the academic year; general information regarding the College such as campus information, including the facilities and services available to students and staff; the council and teaching staff; admission and enrolment information; examinations; graduation; student organisations; Mitchell College Union; fees; rules and regulations; details of the committee and management structures; detailed listings of the courses available from each academic department; complete listings of all staff of the College; rules for the admission, progression, assessment and continuation of students; and detailed subject descriptions.
