Above the first two floors and recessed into the building are two columns that flank three windows. The lowest window has an ornamental pediment above it. Similar architecture can be found around the building. Balustrades enclose the perimeter around the roof. A buggy and an early-model car are parked on the street in front of the building. There is a newsstand next to the right entrance.
