资源简介:
This repository contains all data and R code necessary to reproduce the analyses presented in the manuscript. The study investigates how variation in male femoral gland secretions relates to reproductive success in 10 mesocosm populations of wall lizards, testing whether chemical traits influence fitness via:(i) male–male competition and socio-spatial dominance, or(ii) female mate choice. All analyses were conducted in R, using a combination of generalized linear mixed models, model selection and averaging, Bradley–Terry models, and piecewise structural equation modelling.
