AcAcCoA reductases data set.rar

This dataset embraces different kind of data. In the folder named "molecular biology data" it is possible to find DNA and amino acid sequences corresponding to four constructed acetoacetyl-CoA reductases and the plasmids bearing the DNA sequences encoding for these enzymes. In the folder "kinetic data" it is possible to find raw data from different enzymatic assays performed with these enzymes, as well as Microsoft Excel files enabling the calculation of the product concentration in time from the raw data. Different DYNAFIT (www.biokin.com) and MATLAB scripts are provided for further analyses of these data.
