Gene expression in undifferentiated spermatogonia

RNA-seq of sorted undifferentiated spermatogonia from synchronized postnatal testes. Spermatogenesis in postnatal testes was chemically synchronized to obtain testes enriched for undifferentiated spermatogonia. Undifferentiated spermatogonia were then sorted based on tdTomato fluorescence, activated by germline-specific Ddx4Cre. RNA-seq librares were generated in duplicate.
