This file presents percent recovery values for pyrethroid insecticides and pyrethroid degradation products spiked into: lettuce, green peppers, onions, carrots, broccoli, apples, grapes, tomatoes, oranges (whole, peel and no peel), bananas (peel, and no peel). And pyrethroid / degradation product concentration measurements from: apples, grapes, tomatoes, lettuce, and banana peels collected from supermarkets in the Raleigh/Durham North Carolina area over a one-month period.
