ZooMS spectra (MALDI-TOF MS) for "Sulfur isotopes evidence spatial ecology of Late Pleistocene ungulates in southwestern France"

This dataset contains ZooMS spectra (n= 125) obtained on stable isotope collagen extracts of Middle Palaeolithic animal bones (mainly Cervidae) in relation to the paper: Sarah Barakat, Elodie-Laure Jimenez, Raija Katarina Heikkilä, Aurélien Royer, Jamie Hodgkins, Laura Niven, Marie-Cécile Soulier, Susan Lagle, Christelle Dancette, Teresa E. This page contains individual raw MALDI data files (mzXML, t2d, cal) inside 3 .zip files, labelled with the run number. The Excel sheet titled "Barakat et al 2026 QSR ZooMS Runs" indicates which mzXML files correspond to which sample. The table also provides the run number and the ZooMS species identification. Note: All samples, including laboratory blanks, were spotted in triplicate and therefore each sample has 3 mzXML files. The ZooMS identifications are based on merged triplicate .msd files.
