Sustainable actions among Swedish online retailers in 2021

Among the measures implemented in 2021 for higher sustainability, over six in ten Swedish online retailers stated that they used reusable package materials or tried to reduce the quantity of used packaging. Half of the businesses minimized the paper usage by electronic alternatives, while 11 percent of respondents answered that they did not take any measures.
