Effect of TiO2 nanotubes on early gene expression of BMMSCs

To investigate the effect of naotopography on the gene expression of BMMSCs in the early stage, we respectively cultured BMMSCs on the surfaces of NT100(100-nanometer nanotubes) and ST (Smooth) for 6 hours. Overall design: We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of BMSC on different surface. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for BMSCs on nanotopograpgy and smooth surface.
