The dataset is related to clinical study. Data on Pseudomonas-positive and Pseudomonas-negative clinical samples were obtained from the diagnostic routine at IRCCS-AOUBO. Data obtained from an in house quantitative real-time PCR (reference test) were added and compared with results obtained by employing the newly developed platform based on phage detection. The data were generated in the framework of the Horizon Europe project ECLIPSE.
