This dataset consists of 3 gut tissues slides imaged on the Cell DIVE multiplex imaging platform as part of the following publication: "Cross-tissue, single-cell stromal atlas identifies shared pathological fibroblast phenotypes in four chronic inflammatory diseases" (10.1016/j.medj.2022.05.002). The dataset is used as an example dataset for the whole-slide-image cell segmentaion and analysis platform DIVE-MAP (https://github.com/KIR-CellDIVE/DIVE-MAP) and explicitly in this workflow example (https://github.com/KIR-CellDIVE/wsi-workflow-example).
