Find My Ride usage and Percent of Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Program Trips for Employment. <B>Please Note: Starting with the Data Update in June 2026 the data is shown by State Fiscal Year for all years. </B> The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has a Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Program that provides subsidized transportation for individuals with disabilities. This program aims to offer transportation services, often through shared-ride options, to individuals who are not fully served by the ADA Complementary Paratransit Program or other fixed-route services.
