This dataset contains processed data and analysis files supporting the manuscript entitled "Low-emission Brassica juncea green manure management reduces N2O emissions and reshapes bacterial nitrogen-cycling profiles" The archive includes N2O flux data, cumulative N2O emission data, glucosinolate measurements, ddPCR-based bacterial 16S rRNA gene abundance data, processed microbiome tables, PICRUSt2-derived functional profiles, and statistical analysis files used for figure generation.
