Microbial community profiling of three Mansonia species (Diptera: Culicidae) from central Thailand

This project investigates the bacterial communities of three Mansonia mosquito species (Ma. annulifera, Ma. indiana, and Ma. uniformis) collected from central Thailand using Illumina MiSeq sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene. The study provides species level microbial profiles to support research on mosquito ecology and vector borne disease surveillance.
