We analyze transcript abundances of T7 over the course of an infection and find evidence for differential transcript degradation. Overall design: E. coli were infected with wildtype T7 at 25C and sampled for RNA-sequencing at 5, 10, 15, and 25 minutes. There are three biological replicates, and two technical replicates for each biological replicate.
