Pay scales

<p>Leicester City Council's current pay structure for staff covered by the National Joint Council for Local Government Services and the Joint Negotiating Committee for Local Authorities Craft and Associated Employees applies to the majority of non-school staff including most Heads of Services.  The overall salary range is, as of 1 April 2022, £20,258 to £71,957 per annum.  This table provides details of the pay scale which consists of 15 grades.  The bottom three grades have two increments and the remainder have four increments.</p>
