To systematically evaluate the role of pro-lymphangiogenic VEGFR3 signal in allergic eye disease we performed RNAseq analysis of unchallenged Ctrl (without allergic eye disease), OVA-challenged Ctrl (with allergic eye disease) and OVA-challenged Vegfr3iLECko (with allergic eye disease) mouse conjunctiva Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of bulk RNA-seq data for unchallenged Ctrl, OVA-challenged Ctrl and OVA-challenged Vegfr3iLECko mouse conjunctiva tissue.
