To develop the mathematical model for the biological system illustrated in Figure 2(c), which comprises the sRNA-A-based feedback controller and its target GFP gene, the complete DNA sequences of the following key components are provided: the pECF32 promoter, the sRNA-A coding sequence, the sRNA-A targeting sequence, the GFP gene, the ECF32 gene, and the ribosome binding site (RBS) regulating GFP translation. These sequences serve as the fundamental basis for constructing the mathematical framework, including the ordinary differential equations used to simulate gene expression dynamics and subsequent quantitative analysis.
