Albstadt (Pfeffingen) – modification of the development plan Jägerstraße

The development plan (binding land management plan) is developed from the land use plan. It concretises the representations of the land use plan in a parcel-sharp manner. For example, a residential area shown in the land use plan can be developed into both a pure and a general residential area. The development plan includes the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and thus creates the conditions for the development of land.
