Basic registration addresses and buildings (BAG)

The basic registration addresses and buildings (BAG) contains information on Panden, residences, pitches and berths and their Addresses (number indications), Residences and the identification of public spaces. All these objects (except number identifiers) also contain Geometry. The Amsterdam BAG service is **identical** at the national BAG service. The Amsterdam BAG has been supplemented by *legally mandatory* BAG-plus features for work processes within the municipality of Amsterdam. These BAG-plus features are currently only filled for the objects in the city of Amsterdam. The place of residence Weesp does not yet contain any BAG-plus data. These will be added over the years. The BAG-plus features can be viewed on the left in the documentation below, for example: — name building (‘Amstel station’ is better known than public space ‘Julianaplein 1’) — use purpose residential function and use target health care function.
