The DILA broadcasts, on boamp.fr, notices of public call for competition and the results of state contracts, the army, local authorities and their public institutions. There are also public-private partnership contracts and concession notices. Distribution is mandatory at BOAMP for all contracts whose amount exceeds the European thresholds. Below these thresholds, a publication remains mandatory in BOAMP or in a newspaper entitled to receive legal announcements. For contracts with adapted procedure (MAPA) less than EUR 90 000 excluding tax, the public buyer has the choice of the media he will use to publicise his markets. **To facilitate the work of public buyers**, Dila has developed two simulators published on its website boamp.fr: — Simulator for the selection of BOAMP publication forms — Simulator for the choice of the BOAMP publication package **For companies**, Dila has designed and published on its websites service-public.fr and boamp.fr a simulator for calculating default interest on public contracts. **The publication package support simulator** allows BOAMP customers to determine the package that best suits their publishing needs in order to benefit from preferential rates. It allows them to optimise their publication budget by estimating the publication units needed for the different types of notices to be published in the year (on the basis of the previous year, for example). The simulator data is updated according to regulatory developments.
