3D atlas locations of parvalbumin positive neurons in the adult mouse brain (v1)

This dataset provides point representations describing the 3D locations in the Allen Mouse Brain Common Coordinate Framework (CCF) corresponding to parvalbumin positive neurons extracted from images of a normal adult mouse. The original coordinates representing the location of each cell were available from [Bjerke et al. (2020)](https://doi.org/10.25493/BT8X-FN9), and were here transformed to 3D atlas point representations using the Locare workflow. The JSON file shared here follow the locarePoint schema [(https://github.com/Neural-Systems-at-UIO/LocareJSON)](https://github.com/Neural-Systems-at-UIO/LocareJSON), making the 3D brain atlas representation of the data available for visualisation and spatial queries.
