Microarray analysis of mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDM)

Microarray analysis of differentially expressed genes in wild-type and NFAT5-deficient BMDM. BMDM were generated by culturing bone marrow cell suspensions from wild-type and NFAT5-deficient mice in 25% (vol/vol) conditioned medium from M-CSF-producing L929 cells for 7 days. BMDM were left unstimulated or stimulated with poly(I:C) for 6h. 2 concentrations of poly(I:C) were used: 0.2 micrograms/ml and 1 microgram/ml. 18 samples were analyzed: KO (n=9) and WT (n=9).
