Supplementary material 1: Metadata of the sequences used in the present study. In bold, they indicate sequences downloaded from NCBI-Genbank. We used the nblast tool (https://blast.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Blast.cgi?PROGRAM=blastn&PAGE_TYPE=BlastSearch&LINK_LOC=blasthome) to identify the sequences generated in this study.Supplementary material 2: Maximum Likelihood (ML) phylogenetic tree with supporting values.
