VPRS 15970 Index to General Correspondence Files, Numeric System

This series comprises an index to correspondence files that were maintained by the Council. The Index is in the format of a card index system. The removable cards are attached to a solid board backing. This Index is a control record for a general correspondence system that was superseded by 1975.
