This dataset accompanies the manuscript "Tissue volume estimation and age prediction using rapid structural brain scans" by Harriet Hobday, James H. Cole, Ryan A. Stanyard, Richard E. Daws, Vincent Giampietro, Owen O'Daly, Robert Leech and František Váša (bioRxiv 2022). This dataset contains two folders:brainager_demog contains demographic data and subject lists brainager_processed contains processed data for each participant The names of folders within brainager_processed correspond to participant IDs. Each participant folder contains one or several of the following folders: epimix epimix T1-w scanepimix_RT epimix re-test datat1 single-contrast T1-w scant1_epifov single-contrast T1-w scan with reduced FoV Each of these folders contains the following files:[subject]_[scan]_tissue_volumes.csv global volumes, as GM / WM / CSFpred_brain_age.csv predicted brain age, as prediction / lower CI / upper CIbrainager_runtime_sec.txt brainageR processing time (in seconds)smwc1[subject]_[scan].nii voxelwise GM volumesmwc2[subject]_[scan].nii voxelwise WM volume smwc3[subject]_[scan].nii voxelwise CSF volume For further details, please see the accompanying GitHub repository: https://github.com/frantisekvasa/epimix_volume_brain_age
