Development Plan Lurup 6 1st Amendment Hamburg

The Ordinance on the Lurup 6 development plan of
28 February 1989 (HmbGVBl. p. 43) is amended as follows:
1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Lurup 6 Development Plan" is added to the Ordinance.
2. In § 2, the following point 10 is added :
"10. In the core area, commercial leisure facilities (such as squash halls, bowling alleys and fitness facilities), amusement arcades and similar undertakings within the meaning of Section 33(i) of the Commercial Code, which serve to install playground equipment with or without profit opportunities, as well as demonstration and business premises, the purpose of which is aimed at representations or acts of a sexual nature, are prohibited.
