Irrigation presence-absence at Volta basin dams

Dam point file showing presence-absence of irrigation activities at manmade reservoirs across the Volta basin. The dam points are derived from data available via Global Dams Watch (http://globaldamwatch.org/data/), and the irrigation presence-absence information was added based on manual interpretation of Google Earth imagery using the most recent imagery available within the period 2011-2017.本数据集为记录沃尔特流域（Volta basin）内人工水库灌溉活动存在与否的坝点文件。其中坝点数据源自全球大坝观察站（Global Dams Watch，http://globaldamwatch.org/data/）公开的数据集，灌溉活动存在与否的标注信息则基于2011至2017年期间的最新谷歌地球（Google Earth）影像，通过人工解译方式添加。
