Microarray Analyses of mRNA and lncRNA in TAMs isolated from breast tumor of PyMT mice with or without chemotherapy

Chemotherapies have been shown to enhance anti-tumor immunity, but whether chemotherapies affect tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) is still uclear. We found TAMs is different with or without chemotherapy by comparing RNA profile of TAMs with or without chemotherapy. We comparied mRNA and lncRNA expression profile of TAMs isolated from breast tumor of PyMT mice with or without chemotherapy to ensure difference. This array contained lncRNA and mRNA of mouse.
