ROS-Responsive Injectable Hydrogel for Local siRNA Delivery to Modulate Inflammation in Intervertebral Disc Degeneration
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data associated with the study “ROS-Responsive Injectable Hydrogel for Local siRNA Delivery to Modulate Inflammation in Intervertebral Disc Degeneration.” Transcriptomic profiling was performed to investigate gene expression changes associated with siRNA delivery using a ROS-responsive injectable hydrogel composed of PEI-PBA and oxidized hyaluronic acid. The analysis revealed treatment-associated alterations in inflammation-, metabolism-, and signaling-related pathways, complementing the cellular and histological findings reported in the study. These data provide a resource for further investigation of the transcriptional responses associated with hydrogel-mediated siRNA delivery and its potential role in modulating inflammation in intervertebral disc degeneration.
