To profile the landscape of circRNAs during megakaryocyte differentiation, we conducted circRNA expression profiling analysis on day 6, day 9 and day 13. Overall design: By day 13, CD34+ cells differentiated into mature MKs to extract total RNA. RiboMinus/RNaseR-treated RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed. Total RNA from MK cultures at days 6, 9, and 13, Ribo minus RNA-seq were performed.
