Asparagine availability controls B cell homeostasis

Study of the effects of asparagine deprivation on germinal centre B cells. B-WT or B-Asns mice were assigned to either an Asn-free or control diet (Asn-replete) for 12 days, before immunisation with 100μg NP-CGG precipitated in Alum hydrogel (1:1) intraperitoneally and sacrificed on day 14 for scRNAseq analysis of splenic GC B cells. GC B cells were sorted by flow cytometry (CD19+CD38-GL-7+). Each batch contains cells from 4 mice (one from each experimental condition), labelled with Biolegend TotalSeq C Cell Hashing antibodies.
