Homo sapiens strain:A375 BRAFV600E melanoma clones with acquired resistance to vemurafenib Exome

Nimblegen exome capture was performed and was followed by Illumina DNA library preparation and sequencing on the Illumina GAIIx platform. Sequence data was then used to help characterize the BRAF coding sequence and to help identify other coding mutations related to acquired resistance to treatment with either a MEK inhibitor or an AKT inhibitor.
