Metagenomic sequencing of zebrafish gut exposed to triflumezopyrim (mesoionic insecticide)

Studied about zebrafish gut metagenome after exposing zebrafish with triflumezopyrim (new generation insecticide). The goal of this study was to investigate the gut microbial composition and function in the zebrafish, Danio rerio, exposed to triflumezopyrim (ZP) and are compared with control (ZC).
